Previously a B&B, this self catering 2400 square foot vacation rental,
is perched above Kachemak Bay and looks out upon the Kenai Mountain
Range. The many dormers offer spectacular views, along with a large
dining -living room area on the middle floor where it is easy to seat
12 people. The five bedrooms are divided between the
ground level, and
the top floor of the house. The ground level can sleep 4 or 5 people,
and has a gas fireplace, and kitchen. The top level has three
bedrooms, and can sleep 4 or 5 people. There are three full bathrooms
and a laundry facilities in this house. This home is set on an acre of
land, with gently contoured gardens. |

PRIVATE CABIN FOR TWO
"The Garden Cabin"
| Tucked away in a secluded corner of the property is a small, private
cabin which has a kitchen and a large deck with unobstructed views of
the bay and mountains. The 'Garden Cabin' has a queen and a single
bed, access to a bar-b-que, private phone, and freezer space.
Rates for Garden Cabin: $160/two people; $25/extra person
This property is on the hill above Homer, Alaska. About a four minute
drive from downtown. You can also walk to town in about 25 minutes
through a trail with an abundance of wildflowers. We are about ten
minutes from the harbor. |
