Deposit: To confirm your reservation, Island Watch requires a 1/3 deposit. We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover as well as checks and cash.
Balance due 60 days before check-in date.
Cancellation:
Cancellations made 60 or more days prior to check-in date will
receive a full refund less a $100 cancellation fee.
Cancellations
made less than 60 days prior to check-in will receive a refund
based on rerental of the vacation home.
Rate
for Island Watch Vacation House: $300/five people; Sleeps up to 10,
$25/extra person, 7.5% sales tax
Rates for Garden Cabin $160/two people; $25/extra person,
7.5% sales tax
Amenities include a spacious land setting, wireless internet and a
gas BBQ.
All
prices are quoted per night. 5 person minimum for the Island Watch
Vacation Rental and 2 person minimum for the Garden Cabin. An
additional charge of $25 per night, per person applies. All rates
are subject to 7.5% local sales tax.
